Anna Paquin, Ellen Page and Shawn Ashmore will be back to the latest X-Men
More mutants are back to X-Men: Days of Future Past. Anna Paquin, Ellen Page and Shawn Ashmore will return to Bryan Singers X-Men franchise.
The director Bryan Singer tweeted to confirm this information.
Paquin plays Marie (Rogue) in the first three movies. Rogue absorbs others strength, memories and abilities once she touches others. Rogue has a relationship with Bobby Drake (Iceman), played by Ashmore. Ellen Page plays Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat), first arrived in the third film.
Beside them, we already know that Hugh Jackman will be back as Wolverine and Jennifer Lawrence as Raven(Mystique). Sir Patrick Stewart and Sir Iran McKellen will be the older versions of Professor X and Magneto, respectively. Young versions will be played by James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender as in X-Men: The First Class, reported Yahoo.
According to Hollywood Reporter, X-Men: Days of Future Past is based on a 1981 story in Uncanny X-Men from Marvel Comics. The story will involve both the First Class mutants and a future version of the original trilogy characters. The movie will hit theaters on July 18, 2014.
