Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer and Alexander Skarsgard will all be back on Sunday, June 10, in the Alan Ball drama about vampires, werewolves, fairies, werepanthers and their relationships with a simple Louisiana waitress named Sookie Stackhouse (Paquin) and all the people in the small, central Louisiana town of Bon Temps. (The show is based on a series of books by Louisiana native Charlaine Harris.)

We know that the first episode is titled Turn, Turn, Turn, and that Russell Edgington (Denis OHare), the vampire king of Mississippi who spent last season buried in concrete, will be back to settle some scores.

Also a sure thing is the addition to the cast of Christopher Meloni (Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Oz), who will play an ancient, powerful vampire who holds the fate of Bill (Moyer) and Eric (Skarsgard) in his hands, according to a HBO announcement in December.

Enjoy the video trailer of the new season of True Blood, below, followed by a clip of Melonis work in the former HBO series Oz.
